License Terms

By purchasing or downloading any product from Digital Gifter, you agree to abide by the following terms of use. This license ensures clarity on how you may use our digital assets.

What You CAN Do:

  1. Use for Commercial Projects
    • Use the assets to create and sell finished products, such as books, planners, or journals, on platforms like Amazon KDP, Etsy, or your website.
  2. Edit and Customize
    • Modify the files to fit your specific needs. You can change colors, add text, combine elements, or make other customizations.
  3. Sell Finished Products
    • Incorporate the designs into a complete product (e.g., a published book, printable, or digital download) and sell them to customers.
  4. Use for Personal Projects
    • Print or use the designs for personal use, such as gifts, activities, or classroom resources.

What You CANNOT Do:

  1. Resell or Distribute the Raw Files
    • You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original digital files (e.g., JPG, PNG, SVG, or PDF formats) as-is, whether free or paid.
  2. Claim Ownership of the Designs
    • The designs remain the property of Digital Gifter. You may not copyright or trademark the original designs.
  3. Offer Free Downloads
    • Do not offer the raw files or partially modified versions for free in any format (e.g., giveaways or as a bonus product).
  4. Sell the Files Without Modification
    • Products must be part of a complete design or project (e.g., a published KDP book or a formatted journal). Selling the raw files alone is prohibited.

Product-Specific Usage

  • KDP Interiors: May be used as-is or customized for Kindle Direct Publishing. Raw file distribution is not allowed.
  • Coloring Pages: Sell as part of a finished product (e.g., printed books or downloadable bundles).
  • Book Covers: Customize for your project, but raw templates cannot be resold.
  • Planners and Printables: Can be sold as part of finished physical or digital products but not distributed as editable files.

Support and Updates

  1. Lifetime Access
    • Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the files. No subscription or additional fees are required.
  2. Free Updates
    • Any updates or improvements to your purchased products will be available for download free of charge.

Disclaimer

  • All designs remain the property of Digital Gifter. This license grants usage rights only.
  • Violating these terms may result in legal action or revocation of access to our products.
